Below is a table of shipping costs and expected delivery time. Just look for your country and there you go. We don’t make money on shipping and we are consistently checking that the shipping costs are as competitive as possible – without compromising on the speed of your delivery.
Don’t forget that you can get free shipping with orders over €50 (Valid for Greece only).

- for some locations courier charges are currently very high! We apologise but its beyond our control. Please contact us directly at info@youngcarpo.com. We would look into your order and look up options so ensure the most viable option for you. We’d love to hear from you.
Track Your Order
Following your order confirmation email, you will receive an email with a tracking link and your tracking number. Press the tracking link, enter your tracking number and follow that parcel!
Please wait for a couple of days after your confirmation email to receive a tracking number. If you haven’t received one after 3 days, drop us an email at orders@youngcarpo.com with the date and time of your order and your location if outside of Greece.
Returns & Refunds
In the rare case something isn’t exactly right with your order please read the following guidelines and we will sort it out for you:
Damaged goods: We are really sorry to hear that you have received a damaged good – we know how frustrating that can be! Please email us at orders@youngcarpo.com providing us with details, including photos of the product in question, within 5 days of receipt. We will replace the product/s with the correct one/s plus reimburse you for the cost of return. Please make sure you include your order confirmation number so that we can find your order and process your request quickly.
Wrong Order Received: Oh , how did that happen? Our apologies. Please email us at orders@youngcarpo.com providing us with details, including photos of the good in question, within 5 days of receipt. We will replace it with the correct one plus reimburse you for the cost of return. Please make sure you include your order confirmation number so that we can find your order and process your request promptly.
Received order but wish to return them: Really? What happened? No stress. We want to make this uncomplicated, so if for some reason, you are not happy with your purchase, please send us an email at orders@youngcarpo.com, within 14 days of receipt, stating why you wish to return the goods and together we will resolve the issue. The product(s) need to be returned via registered post or courier, unopened and undamaged. We would then send you a refund for your order.
