About the company
Young Carpo is based in Athens, Greece with a second office in London, U.K.
We are both mothers of male and female teenagers and have spent decades helping international companies with marketing strategy and implementation both from an agency (insight, marketing strategy, PR) and client side of the business.

Demetra Pallis The Business Strategist
With decades of insight and consultancy experience in London and Athens, I ask the questions and it’s my job to get the answers too. Agency experience includes “Big 4” and award winning “boutique” consultancies, whilst client roles have included head of insight and marketing. Having run my own consultancy for years, I’ve learnt the critical “do’s and don’ts” of running a business the hard but satisfying way!
Tania Kofidou The Creative Thinker
Marketing runs in my DNA. I thrive on designing and implementing marketing strategies and plans that bring brands to life. I’ve worked with large media groups as head of Marketing and award-winning communication agencies, having run the accounts for some of the world’s largest and most prestigious skin care companies. My client-side experience also includes being head of marketing at a higher educational institution, so I’m confident that I know what makes Gen Z tick!

Throughout our careers we both had the option of moving back to the cities where we lived, studied and worked for many years. Demetra was born and raised in London whilst Tania spent her teenage and university years in Brussels. However, even when the temptation was huge – especially during the Greek financial crisis – we always opted to remain in Greece, where we’ve been residing for many years.
We both started using skin care products when we were teenagers. Without realising it at the time, we actually made a “skinvestment”. Because if there is one thing that we can tell you with certainty, is that it is never too early to take care of your skin; after all, you will wear it for life. In fact, the earlier you start, the later the first signs of aging will appear.
To cut a long story short, Young Carpo combines the energy and inspiration of a Gen ‘Zeder’ (Demetra’s daughter) with our knowledge, experience and genuine commitment to give you an essential range based on natural ingredients that protect and nourish your skin, keeping it healthy and happy.
